Very clean hotel with charming design and fast WiFi. The location is awesome with several food stalls open 24 hours. It's safe and easily accessible.
The price is a bit high compared to similar hotels in KL. The double room had no window and no closet.

Great Service and Convenient Location
During our recent stay at a hotel in KL, we were really surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We even had the opportunity to leave our suitcase with them for 10 days while we continued our trip.
Although the rooms were a bit tired-looking compared to the pictures, they were still spacious enough for the three of us and were kept clean. The linen was also well laundered, adding to our comfort.

The daily breakfast was really tasty with fried rice and modest chef, for instance. I stayed in the room that was very clean & well maintained and available with bedroom and 2 bottles of mineral water, for instance.

Smooth check-in process, excellent central location neighboring key attractions and the city center, avoiding the generic hotel and shopping district atmosphere.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us in many ways. The room was clean and they did their best to keep us comfortable. It was close to the monorail to take to near by places of interest. Specially we would like to thank Mr. Balan - the hotel manager - he went out of his way to help us to be more confortable. He is a great asset to the hotel and helps in any he could to make all those renting the rooms comfotable.
it is far from various sight seeing places in KL but one could take the monorail which is not very expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The first thing that caught my attention was the great value for money. The prices were very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location in the Chow Kit area was perfect for exploring the city center and there were plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were in good condition and even included basic amenities like two bottles of mineral water, which is a nice touch that not all budget hotels provide. I also loved having breakfast at the roof top with a view of the Twin Towers - it was a truly memorable experience.
All was good, no complaints.

Conveniently located right next to the mosque, which makes it a perfect spot for exploring the area. It's in a strategic location in Chow Kit, so you're in the heart of things. 📍

Room was very nice, clean and tasteful. Nice comfortable bed. Monorail right outside the door, as well as a market and multiple food outlets. Friendly staff. Stayed an additional 2 nights and there was no problem giving me the bookings.com rate again, however this may be due to another factor. See negative comment.
I booked and paid for the superior double room for 4 nights, but was given the standard double room and only realised before checking out. Manager swiftly and smoothly changed the subject when our conversation regarding the oversight seemed to be leading in the direction of some sort of reimbursement. Still, he was friendly and apologetic, and very nice, like all the staff.
